    Discovery

    A short call or async brief — goal, constraints, stack, and what success looks like. Clear go / no-go.

  2. Step 02

    Scope

    Written proposal with milestones, ownership, and timeline. Fixed scope when it fits; retainer when it doesn’t.

  3. Step 03

    Build

    Weekly demos and production-minded iteration. I use AI tools for speed, then review changes like a senior PR before they ship.

  4. Step 04

    Ship & handoff

    Store releases, docs, and a clean handoff. Stick around briefly for launch bugs when the engagement includes it.

What do you typically take on?

Freelance, full-time, or both?

Both. I’m open to high-value freelance and consulting, and to senior/lead remote roles in roughly the $50K–$120K range depending on scope and location.

Timezone and communication?

Based in Lahore (PKT). I work comfortably with US and EU teams — async by default, overlap calls when needed. I usually reply within 24 hours.
