Snapwork

Creator campaigns, payments, and social-account workflows for brands.

Snapwork

React Native mobile + React web for a two-sided creator marketplace: onboarding with social platform connect, campaign listings, brand dashboards, portfolios, and MangoPay-backed payments. I worked on the frontend plus social API data pulls and payments integrations. Built 2022–2023; product since sunset.

  • Social platform connect + data pulls
  • Campaign + applicant workflows
  • Payments / receipt surfaces

The Problem

Creator marketplaces are two products at once. Brands need campaign creation, applicant review, and payout visibility on the web; creators need onboarding, social-account linking, listings, portfolio, and wallet flows on mobile. The hard part is tying social-platform data and payments into one experience people can trust.

What I Built

I worked across the frontend for Snapwork on both React Native mobile and React web, with teammates on other backend areas. My focus included product UI plus the social API integrations used to pull account data (Facebook, TikTok, and related platforms) and payments with MangoPay.

The product was built across 2022–2023 and is now down.

Major Features

  • Connect platforms — Onboarding step to link TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter for account data used in matching and applications.
  • Creator listing — Browse brand campaigns with platform requirements, follower thresholds, price / discount, and wallet entry in the nav.
  • Brand campaigns — Campaign detail with applicants, follower counts, engagement rate (ER), ratings, and receipt value — the surface where social metrics and payout numbers meet.
  • Brand dashboard — Sales, discounts, platform fees, users, and campaign overview for the brand side.
  • Portfolio — Creator media grid (PNG / JPEG / MP4) for showcasing work.
  • Publish campaign — Brief, targeting, interest tags, locations, and cost / margin breakdown before going live.

Key Challenges

Two-sided product complexity. Brand web and creator mobile had to feel like one system with very different workflows.

Social APIs are product infrastructure. Connecting platforms is not just OAuth — the UI has to guide permissions, then surface followers, ER, and eligibility in campaign and applicant views.

Payments require trust. Price, discount, fees, receipt value, and wallet surfaces had to stay clear so creators and brands understood what money moved and why.

Results

Snapwork shipped as a creator-marketplace product spanning mobile and web: social connect, campaign discovery, applicant review with social metrics, portfolio, and MangoPay-backed payment surfaces. While the product is no longer online, it remains a strong example of two-sided frontend work with external platform integrations.

Stack Decisions

React Native for the creator app; React for brand / admin web. MangoPay for wallet and payout infrastructure. Social integrations through Facebook, TikTok, and related APIs pulled account data into onboarding, listings, and campaign applicant tables.
